The way in which we submitted technology help tickets has changed. Though you still go to the same conference in First Class the MS Word based form has been replaced with a First Class based form.
Click on the Marine Military Academy Conference icon:
Once inside click on the MMSA Technology Ticket conference:
Once inside you will be presented with the new Tech Tickets conference:
You can see right off the bat there have been some changes. The top portion has been removed and the conference has been split into numerous columns. To create a new ticket click on the new icon at the top of the conference.
Fill in the appropriate information for your problem. Be exact and specific. It is important that you fill in everything that applies so that the Techco can keep track of the problem and can find a resolution. Don't forget to try any of the troubleshooting options that have been described to you by the Techco. When complete click send either at the top left corner or in the green Send Request box. Add any more information at the bottom you might find important.
